Since 2006 InHerit (formerly MACHI), along with the Alliance for Heritage Conservation, have been
committed to grassroots collaborations with descendant communities in archaeological research and
interpretation, cultural heritage conservation, and educational programming in the U.S. and Latin
America.

 We are active supporters of the paradigm shift toward community-based, participatory, and
applied research in archaeology that harnesses the potential of the past to empower people in the
present. 100% of all donations to InHerit support the design and implementation of our projects.
